It's Official: MESHUGGAH Sign New Deal With NUCLEAR BLAST

As BLABBERMOUTH.NET first reported on May 22, Nuclear Blast Records have now officially confirmed that Swedish experimental extreme metallers MESHUGGAH have re-signed with the label. The group's new studio album, "Catch 33" (the band's final CD under their previous contract),is scheduled for release in the U.S. on May 31 via Nuclear Blast. The follow-up to 2002's "Nothing" is being described as one continuous 47-minute song divided into 13 parts and is said to be "musically the opposite" of the group's 2004 EP, "I".

MESHUGGAH have hinted in recent interviews that they may embark on a U.S. tour in the fall. At press time, no American dates have yet been announced.
